Privacy Policy
Summary
Salvohub is a private, internal tool operated by Yanhuan Tang. It is not offered to the public and has no third-party users. It connects only to social media accounts that Yanhuan Tang owns, and it only ever handles Yanhuan Tang's own data. We do not collect, store, process or sell personal data belonging to any other person.
1. Who we are
Salvohub ("the tool", "we", "us") is operated by Yanhuan Tang. You can reach us at support@salvohub.com.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy describes how the tool handles information. The tool is used solely by Yanhuan Tang and our own team to manage social media channels that we own. It has no public sign-up, no customer accounts, and it is never used to access an account belonging to a third party.

The tool does not handle any of the following: personal data of viewers or other users; data from accounts we do not own; contact lists; payment information; location data; or biometric data.
4. How we use the information
- To upload and publish videos we produced to channels we own.
- To set metadata and required platform disclosures on those videos.
- To schedule publication of those videos.
- To read back performance statistics for our own content and produce internal reports.
We do not use the information for advertising or profiling, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it with third parties except as described in section 6.
5. YouTube API Services
Salvohub uses YouTube API Services. By authorizing the tool against a YouTube channel, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Information handled through YouTube API Services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy, in addition to this policy.
Revoking the tool's access to your YouTube data
You can revoke this tool's access to your Google account at any time through the Google security settings page:

Revoking access immediately invalidates our stored tokens for that account. You may additionally contact us at support@salvohub.com to request deletion of any data we hold that was obtained through YouTube API Services, and we will delete it.
What YouTube data the tool stores
The tool stores OAuth tokens for our own channels, the channel and video identifiers of content we own, the metadata we authored for that content, and the public and analytics statistics of our own videos and channels. It does not store data about any other channel or any viewer.
6. Storage, retention and sharing
- Where. Tokens and metadata are stored on infrastructure controlled by Yanhuan Tang. Video files are held in our own object storage only for as long as the platform needs to fetch them, and are then removed.
- How long. Tokens are kept until they are revoked, expire, or the connection is removed. Statistics we collect for internal reporting are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Data obtained through YouTube API Services that is stored is either refreshed or deleted within 30 days, in line with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
- Who we share it with. No one. We do not sell, rent or disclose this information to third parties. The only external parties involved are the platforms themselves and the infrastructure providers that host our own systems, acting on our instructions. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.
7. Security
Access tokens are stored with restricted file-system and network access, are never committed to source control, and are never displayed in logs or user interfaces. Access to the systems running the tool is limited to Yanhuan Tang and our own team.
8. Other platforms
The tool also connects to TikTok, Instagram, Threads and Facebook, in each case only to accounts that Yanhuan Tang owns and has authorized. The same principles apply: only our own data is handled, it is used only to publish our own content and to read our own statistics, and authorization can be withdrawn at any time in the relevant platform's own settings, which immediately invalidates our stored tokens.
9. Children
The tool is an internal business tool. It is not directed at children, and it is not used by anyone under 18.
10. Your rights
Because the tool only handles data belonging to accounts we own, there is normally no third-party personal data to exercise rights over. If you nonetheless believe we hold information about you, write to support@salvohub.com and we will respond, and where applicable provide access to, correct, or delete that information.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
