Salvohub
An internal publishing tool used by Yanhuan Tang to manage the social media channels we own.
What this tool does
Salvohub is a private, in-house console. We produce original short-form video content in our own pipeline, and this tool covers the steps between "the video file is finished" and "we know how it performed" — across the social media accounts we own.
It has three parts:
- Publishing. Uploads finished video files to our own accounts, sets the metadata we authored (title, description, tags, category, cover frame, scheduled publish time), and applies the disclosures each platform requires — including altered or synthetic (AI-generated) content disclosure, "made for kids" declaration, and promotional or paid-partnership labels.
- Account management. Keeps a register of the accounts we own — which vertical each one covers, its follower count, and whether its authorization is still valid.
- Reporting. Reads back statistics for content we published on our own accounts — views, engagement, and follower trends — so we can see which of our own videos worked.
What this tool does not do
- It does not collect, store or process data belonging to any third-party user.
- It does not gather data about anyone else's accounts or content. Performance data for our own accounts is retrieved through official platform APIs.
- It does not aggregate, resell or redistribute platform data.
- It does not automate views, likes, comments, subscriptions or any other engagement signal.
- It does not download or migrate content off any platform.
- It is not offered to the public, and it has no sign-up, no customers and no third-party users.
Platforms
Salvohub connects to the official APIs of the platforms where we operate our own channels. In each case, the accounts it connects to are accounts we own, and access is granted by us through the platform's own OAuth authorization flow.
| Platform | What we use it for |
|---|---|
| YouTube | Uploading videos to our own channels, setting their metadata and disclosures, and reading analytics for our own channels. |
| TikTok | Publishing videos to our own accounts, setting required disclosures, and reading insights for our own accounts. |
| Instagram, Threads and Facebook | Publishing videos to our own accounts and Pages, and reading insights for them. |
Data and privacy
Because this tool only ever touches accounts we own, the only data it handles is our own. We do not process personal data belonging to anyone else. The full details — what is stored, for how long, and how authorization can be withdrawn — are set out in our Privacy Policy.
